Swire Properties sold twelve condo units at Brickell City Centre in the second quarter of 2017, which ended June 30.
At the Reach condo tower, four developer units were sold in the quarter, according to an August 1 announcement to shareholders. Of 390 units, 360 have now been sold, with the remainder owned by the developer.
At the Rise condo tower, eight units were sold in the quarter. Of 390 units, 196 have been sold, while 194 units are still owned by Swire.
The 1,049-foot One Brickell City Centre tower still remains under planning, with no update on a completion date since last quarter. It is still expected to include 1,967,000 gross square feet of leasable and saleable area, including a residential component.
