Eleven on Lenox, an upcoming 11-unit luxury townhome development in Miami Beach, has opened its sales gallery.
Located at the development’s South Beach site (1030 15th Street), the space showcases a full-scale Scavolini kitchen and master bathroom, featuring Gaggenau appliances, and fine stone finishes and fixtures by Dornbracht.
The 11 beach-inspired residences were designed by Zyscovich Architects with interiors by Charles Allem. Each unit is three stories and ranges from 4,403 to 4,669 square feet. They additionally include four bedrooms, a double-car garage, a glass-enclosed elevator, and a rooftop terrace with a summer kitchen, heated pool, and custom Italian spa bath.
“The collection of these 11 well-appointed beach houses capture the spirit of a luxurious coastal retreat, and the vibe of South Beach infused with the style sophistication and comfort of a private home,” said Masoud Shojaee, President and Chairman of the Board at Shoma Group. “The buyer at Eleven on Lenox prefers the privacy and exclusivity of a townhome over a sky-rise. Also, for those that are health enthusiasts they will see the value of this central neighborhood. Where else do you have the ability to walk out the door of a modern home with more than 4,400 square feet, for under $700 per square foot and be at the footsteps of the best that Miami Beach has to offer?”
The project, which released new interior renderings last February, launched sales in August 2016. Residences start at $2.9 million.
