Master chef Eric Ripert has bid adieu to his Miami Beach condo.
Ripert and his wife Sandra sold the 1,271-square-foot, two-bedroom unit at the Maison Grande at 6039 Collins Avenue for $412,500.
The French chef, author and TV personality is known for his flagship restaurant in New York City, Le Bernardin, which has been ranked among the best restaurants in the world.
Property records show the couple paid $335,000 for the condo, which is just south of North Beach, in 2013. The renovated unit includes Tui furniture and a balcony with views of the ocean.
Ripert and his family used the condo as a vacation home at least once a month, according to Cassis. It hit the market in October.
The oceanfront Maison Grande was developed in 1971. The 18-story building has more than 500 units, a pool and gym.
