Two luxury residential developments under construction in Miami-Dade County unveiled new renderings this week.
Metropica, which entails a master planned community sitting on 65 acres in Sunrise, released visuals of the spa at Metropica One, the first of eight residential towers with an expected completion sometime late in 2018.
Meanwhile, Muse Residences is nearing completion in Sunny Isles Beach after topping off in January. With just 16 of 68 high-end residences remaining in the PMG/S2 Development project, renderings were unveiled showing off a sleek porte-cochere at the entrance of the building, in addition to one of the common areas.
