Downtown Miami is ideal for Amazon’s HQ2, according to marketing material prepared by the Downtown Development Authority.

Three options are underway or nearing completion that could be suitable for Amazon, the document states. They include Brickell City Centre and Miami World Center. The third is unclear, although it could be MiamiCentral.

Also highlighted is downtown Miami’s booming economy, cultural scene, and recent population explosion.

The city is resilient, with no office buildings losing electric or internet during Hurricane Irma, according to the report.
