President Trump’s Palm Beach County properties raked in nearly $65,000 more in property taxes this year compared to last, according to the tax collector’s office.
The properties include four in Palm Beach: the Mar-a-Lago resort, two adjacent houses, a vacant lot and golf course facilities, that were billed $1.182 million for 2017. Last year, the bills totaled $1.117 million, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.
Trump’s properties in Palm Beach County were taxed on values of $61 million. The bill is roughly $9,000 lower than the tax collector’s estimate that was released in August.
Mar-a-Lago was billed $459,000, based on a taxable value of $23.1 million. The clubhouse at Trump International Gulf Club near West Palm Beach was taxed roughly $141,000 and Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter was taxed about $398,000
