Louver House, a luxury townhome development in South Beach, is opening its doors next Wednesday night for a grand opening ceremony, which will be held on the project’s beautiful rooftop deck.
Closings are underway in the four-story development, which was designed by architect Rene Gonzalez and is the first condo project developed by Mast Capital. Savino & Miller Design Studio was the landscape architect.
Four of the building’s 12 units remain, including a 2,356-square-foot residence offered at $3.1 million and a 2,088-square-foot residence offered at $2.58 million. Some features include stone or wood floors, and designer kitchens by Ornare. Among the building’s amenities are gated entry, a fitness center, an outdoor yoga studio, and a rooftop garden with an infinity pool.
Louver House broke ground at 311 Meridian Avenue in December 2015 and sits about five blocks from both the beach and South Pointe Park in the highly walkable South of Fifth neighborhood.
