La Centrale in Brickell City Centre

La Centrale in Brickell City Centre become Miami’s first Italian food hall when it opens this December in Brickell City Centre.

However, these newly released renderings of the 40,000-square-foot space comprised of 14 different dining areas, present a much clearer vision of what the exciting new culinary endeavor will look like.

There were also more details released of La Centrale’s operation, which will include a full-service caffe with an espresso bar; a traditional Italian bakery; mozzarella and fresh raw bars; on-the-go prepared meals; an Italian chocolate and gelato eatery; a cocktail and aperitivo bar with a live performance stage; and La Scuola, a kitchen event space designated for cooking classes, book signings, guest chef takeovers, wine tastings and more.

Have a peek inside at the unique designs, which were inspired by the various regions of Italy. First up is Stagionale, a 1,500-square-foot seasonal restaurant serving fresh produce that was inspired by the Lombardy region.

Mercato, is a 5,000-square-foot space that’ll house grab-and-go options including a café, an espresso bar, a juice bar, a fritti bar, a salad bar, a salumeria, and a focacceria.

Pesce, inspired by the island of Sardinia, features a bright and open space measuring 3,000 square feet. It will serve fresh fish from South Florida and the Mediterranean.

Enoteca is a 3,000-square-foot space that includes a wine cellar, a tasting room, a private dining room, and La Scuola.

Carne is a 2,500-square-foot space inspired by the rustic décor of the Chianti region. Design features include traditional hand-made Tuscan terracotta tiilng on the ceiling and floor that was imported from the Tuscan village of Greve in Chianti.
